I can design the entire cd package as I did in the examples below for Medwyn Goodall's "Chronicles".  This project included a cd cover and 12 page insert. I designed the entire cover and 12 pages including all fonts. The illustrations are full 3d renderings based on Medwyn's visions and storyline. The parchment map/figure illustrations are by Terry Whidborne at "The Seventh World"

You can receive a finished Photoshop psd (in layers or any image format you wish) file ready for the printer.This includes all fonts and layout of any art/photos/text you provide.
